[Remote] Coordinator, Account Management

The Coordinator, Account Management plays a critical role in supporting campaign execution, coordinating workflows, and ensuring operational accuracy to enhance client experiences.ResponsibilitiesManage the intake, setup, tracking, and finalization of client orders and campaignsEnsure all campaign details (pricing, timelines, data requirements) are complete and accurateMonitor job status throughout fulfillment to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with Strategic Analytics, Data Management, and Production Fulfillment teams to move work through the pipelineTrack dependencies such as data files, scoring processes, and approvals to prevent delaysMaintain alignment between internal teams and client expectationsEnter, update, and maintain accurate campaign and order data in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce)Ensure data integrity across all tracking tools and reporting systemsMonitor status updates and proactively flag risks or discrepanciesServe as a key internal liaison supporting Account DirectorsCommunicate campaign updates, timelines, and issues clearly and proactivelySupport preparation of campaign documentation, confirmations, and deliverablesValidate campaign details, counts, and deliverables prior to final approvalEnsure all work meets internal quality standards and client requirementsContribute to process improvements and operational best practicesSkills1–3 years of experience in account management, operations, or campaign/project coordination (agency or nonprofit experience preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesCollaborative and team-oriented mindsetProactive, self-starter with high accountabilityExperience with marketing data, direct response, or fundraising campaignsFamiliarity with CRM or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce)Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar toolsBenefitsEarn a competitive salary and have access to comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement benefits.Enjoy paid holidays and generous paid time off, ensuring you have the time and space to recharge and pursue your other passions.Company OverviewMoore is a constituent experience company that integrates the donor experience across all platforms, channels, and devices.
