[Remote] Conveyance & Racking Field Project Manager

They are seeking a Conveyance & Racking Field Project Manager responsible for managing project delivery from conception to completion, focusing on equipment installation and project compliance within the manufacturing and warehousing industries.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the project plan, including resource allocation and scheduling. Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budgetCollaborate with the Commercial Manager to oversee project budgets and manage change orders as neededProactively identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth project deliveryAct as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and reportingLead project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious environment, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocolsApply project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PPM) to ensure that projects are executed to global standardsBuild strong relationships with clients, ensuring that communications and project outcomes positively reflect the PAC Group brandEffectively manage project risks and issues, providing timely solutions and escalating as necessaryEnsure all team members comply with safety policies and receive necessary training before project commencementSkillsBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)3-5 years of project management experience in manufacturing industry installation projectsExperience with Racking and Conveyance installs REQUIREDProficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to interpret technical plans and specificationsStrong client-facing skills, with experience engaging senior-level representativesDemonstrated resilience and crisis management abilitiesStrong leadership and communication skillsPreferred Certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, NA-OSHA 30, PPM/PRINCE2, PMPSix Sigma/Lean Six Sigma certificationDual or multi-language capabilityProficient in project and construction management methodologiesBenefitsWe also offer a full range of benefits that start on Day 1!Travel is 80% with travel paid for by PAC and home every other weekend if the project is going well.Company OverviewThe PAC Group is in engineering consulting, program and construction management services.
