[Remote] Conversion Rate Strategist

They are seeking a data-driven CRO Strategist to support high-impact testing roadmaps for enterprise-level clients, conducting user research and A/B testing to develop effective CRO strategies. Responsibilities Support execution of A/B/n and multivariate tests across websites Collaborate with CRO Managers to plan and execute testing roadmaps Assist in user research and data collection using heatmaps, analytics, session recordings, and surveys Translate insights into test hypotheses and create test briefs and documentation Coordinate with internal teams (design, analytics, development) to ensure accurate test setup and QA Monitor live tests and help analyze results using statistical tools and frameworks Summarize learnings in client-facing presentations with support from CRO leads Stay informed on CRO trends, tools, best practices and share learnings with the team Help maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge-sharing systems for scalable delivery Skills 1–3 years of experience in CRO, UX, or digital analytics (agency or in-house) Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) Comfortable using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for creating/editing wireframes and designs Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Clear client-facing communicator with a proactive mindset and interest in continuous learning Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the United States Some experience with conversion copywriting, UX heuristics, or CRO frameworks is a plus Benefits National Anthem Blue Cross medical plans; EPO, PPO, and HDHP options available Flexible paid time off;16 weeks maternity and 6 weeks paternity leave Health Savings Accounts with employer contribution,HealthcareFlexible Spending Accounts, Dependent Care FSA Vision and dental coverage Employer-paid short-term disability and life and AD&D insurance Employer-paid premium subscription to the Calm app Employer-paid virtual healthcare support through First Stop Health Voluntary pet insurance for your furry family members Voluntary accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and supplemental life insurance New hire technology stipend to set up home office Employer-sponsored 401(k) retirement with Roth option Company Overview NP Digital is a digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, content, social media, and paid media.
