[Remote] Contracts Analyst Sr

They are seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage contracts and proposals with various Civilian Agencies, requiring knowledge of federal government contracts and the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesClient facing and have key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts, represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projectsReviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to contract requirementsWorks closely with project teams and maintains a high level of visibility on the account, demonstrating the value of the contract management function with project or account teamsAdvises project management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditionsInteracts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional areas, escalating matters to Contract Management lead in a timely and controlled fashionDrives process efficiency to current tasks and seeks innovative ways to improve performance of the teamPre-proposal activities drafting Request for Information (RFI) and whitepaper responses; completing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)/ proprietary information agreements; negotiating teaming agreements (TAs) inclusive of workshare; assist in crafting proposal strategiesProposal preparation; negotiation and administration of various contract types to include Cost Reimbursable (CR), Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and multiple Task Order contracts development; collection and submission of data for regulatory reporting; and management of OCI PlansSkillsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, and 6+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, and 4+ years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeUS Citizenship RequiredStrategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation and adapting to evolving business landscapesUnderstanding and wide application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in contract administrationKnowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, TINA and CASCost proposal experience is requiredExperience with developing acquisition strategies for emerging technology (e.g., AI, cloud computing, etc.) including identifying and assessing new technology opportunities, understanding market trends and client landscapes, creating comprehensive acquisition plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirementsThe candidate should have a track record of successfully navigating the challenges associated with emerging technologies, such as risk management, rapid innovation cycles and evolving standardsExperience with as-a-service models (e.g., Software-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service)Experience in contract risk management and negotiationDemonstrated ability to think critically and make informed decisionsExcellent oral and written communication skills are requiredStrong organizational skill and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience working with GWACs, GSA Schedules, Master Agreements, and various contract vehicles (i.e., Alliant II, GSA MAS, etc.) is desiredCompany OverviewSAIC specializes in IT, enterprise IT, engineering, and professional services.
