[Remote] Contracts Administrator

They are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the review, negotiation, and administration of federal contracts and agreements in a fast-paced government contracting environment.ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of agreements, including customer contracts, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, purchase orders, and supplier/vendor agreementsSupport both prime contract and subcontract administration activities for federal government opportunities and awardsPerform first-level contractual review and risk assessment, identifying issues requiring escalation to management or legal counselCoordinate and manage internal review and approval workflows across Sales, Finance, Services, B&P, Procurement, and leadership teamsAnalyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including FAR, DFARS, TAA, and BAA requirementsReview solicitations, bid requests, and contractual documents to identify key contractual obligations, flowdowns, risks, and compliance requirementsPrepare contract redlines and support negotiations to help achieve business objectives while appropriately mitigating riskSupport contract modifications, amendments, extensions, renewals, and other contractual changes as requiredMaintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation within contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and internal repositoriesEnsure timely execution and delivery of contracts, proposals, quotations, and customer communicationsPartner closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract processing and responsive customer supportManage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAssist with continuous process improvement initiatives related to contract administration and workflow efficiencySkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience2–4 years of experience in federal contract administration, preferably supporting DoD and civilian agency contractsExperience supporting both prime contracts and subcontractsWorking knowledge of FAR, DFARS, TAA, and BAA requirementsExperience reviewing contractual terms and coordinating internal approvals and escalationsStrong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across departmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervisionExperience working in contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems such as Icertis or similar platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced, sales-driven environmentMBA4+ years contract administration experienceFAR/ DFAR/CAS expertiseBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageA 401(k) planPaid time offAdditional wellness and financial benefitsCompany OverviewWe deliver mission success through next-generation solutions across government, healthcare, and commercial markets.
