They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment of Community Health Workers across multiple states, leveraging existing relationships and market expertise to close 20-30 roles per month.ResponsibilitiesOwn sourcing and pipeline development for CHW roles across PA, NJ, TN, TX, CA, and SC β leveraging established relationships with certifying bodies, training programs, and community networksBring or build and maintain active partnerships with state-level CHW resources including PA AHEC, the NJ DOH Colette Lamothe-Galette CHW Institute, NCHWTC at Texas A&M, Calbright College (CA), and the South Carolina Community Health Worker AssociationDrive community-based sourcing through local nonprofits, faith-based organizations, health fairs, and word-of-mouth referral networks in each marketConduct phone screens and competency-based assessments aligned to CHW core competencies and the specific needs of each hiring marketConsistently close 20β30 CHW roles per month across all active marketsServe as the primary recruiting partner for hiring managers across multiple geographies, providing market intelligence and advising on realistic hiring timelines and pay positioningGuide candidates through the full hiring process with a high-touch, mission-aligned approach that reflects Wider Circleβs commitment to the communities we serveFacilitate interview scheduling for candidates with hiring managers and directorsPerform reference checks and deliver clear, structured summaries to hiring decision-makersLead consensus meetings to arrive at consistent and efficient hiring decisionsExtend offers to and successfully close candidatesTrack CHW certification and workforce developments across active and emerging states, flagging changes to certification requirements, pipeline constraints, or pay trends that could affect hiringProvide regular market intelligence to the TA team and leadership on CHW talent availability, competitive positioning, and sourcing effectiveness by marketRecommend and test new sourcing channels in each market, including partnerships with community colleges, workforce development programs, and Medicaid managed care training initiativesMaintain accurate, real-time candidate records in our ATS (Workable) with disciplined tracking of source, stage, and close rate by marketPrepare weekly recruiting dashboards tracking open requisitions, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and closes by stateIdentify and surface patterns in sourcing performance and candidate quality to continuously improve the CHW recruiting playbookPartner with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth handoff from offer acceptance through Day 1, with particular attention to credential verification and state-specific onboarding requirementsSupport background check coordination and required documentation for CHW rolesSkills5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years focused on Community Health Worker, care navigation, or community health rolesDemonstrated relationships with one or more CHW training programs, certification boards, or state CHW associations (please be prepared to speak to these specifically)Proven ability to close 20+ roles per month in a high-volume, geographically distributed environmentDeep familiarity with CHW certification frameworks across multiple states, including differences between state-operated programs, independent credentialing boards, and association-run programsExperience with community-based and grassroots sourcing β word of mouth, nonprofit networks, community events, faith-based organizations β not just job boards and LinkedInProficiency with Workable or comparable ATS; strong pipeline hygiene and reporting habitsGenuine alignment with Wider Circle's mission to improve health equity and outcomes for underserved populationsBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred; many of our target markets include large promotora de salud communities (TX, CA)Experience recruiting in PA, NJ, TN, TX, CA, or SC specifically is a significant advantageBenefitsEvaluation for FTE conversion in 90 daysThe chance to build something that matters β and to see the direct impact of your work on communities across the countryCompany OverviewWider Circle works with health plans nationally to deliver a unique community care program that connects and unites vulnerable populations for better health.
