They are seeking a Contract Sales Specialist to support inside sales with a focus on renewing service contracts, new business development, and managing customer relationships to drive growth across defined sales territories.ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesCommunicate with potential customers via cold calling, email, and online chat to understand their needs and recommend suitable productsUtilize a consultative selling approach to educate customers on the benefits and features of our products and servicesTrack and manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities using NetSuite CRM softwareNurture relationships with existing and previous customers to generate repeat business and upsell opportunitiesEnsure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-saleMaintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problemsProvide periodic territory sales forecastsCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targetsProvide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales processPerform other duties as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 0-2+ years of experience in inside sales or a customer service roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong phone presence and ability to engage customers and build rapportAbility to quickly understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsExperience working with CRM software is a plusUnderstanding of marketing and sales motions helpfulSelf-motivated and drivenExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentFamiliarity with medical devices and healthcare industry is a plusBenefitsPaid time offHealthcare insurance (medical dental, and vision coverage)Accident insurance, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insuranceShort term (employee paid) and long-term disability (employer paid)401K plan with company matchingContinuous learning and development - offering opportunities for training, workshops, and certificationsCompany OverviewPrescott's, Inc.
