This role requires someone who can effectively manage the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offersProactively source top sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategiesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamicsMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates on recruiting activity and progressEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack and manage candidate activity within the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsProvide market intelligence and compensation insights to support competitive offer decisionsSkills3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales rolesHands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boardsProven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quicklySelf-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environmentExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Prior experience recruiting for technology or cybersecurity companies is strongly preferredCompany Overviewiboss is a cloud security company that provides network security as a service, delivered in the cloud, and as a complete SaaS offering.
