[Remote] Contract Recruiter/Sourcer (Quality & GTO)

The Contract Recruiter/Sourcer will manage the recruiting process, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance with hiring practices to attract quality candidates.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of the recruiting processIn partnership with the recruiting team, HRBPs, and hiring managers, develops job descriptions, sources candidates, and drives the recruiting process for teams that they supportPre-screen resumes, complete candidate evaluations, and schedule interviews for key positionsMust have the ability to recruit passive candidates and develop sourcing strategiesDelivers against and provides guidance to continually deliver quality candidates and hiresDrives adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices across the organization to facilitate talent acquisition productivity and predictable qualityDevelops creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external search firms, etcAssess internal and external recruiting resources and recommend solutions that will best meet the recruiting demands of the organizationEnsures recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures in the pre-screening and post-employment processMaintains current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal, and recruitment trends and requirementsIdentifies and shares best recruitment best-practices across the organizationInitiates and maintains a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates and increase applicant pool for hiring needsEnsures end-user education and training (hiring managers) within the businessProvide updated candidate reports to keep the Recruiter and Hiring Managers abreast of the active candidates on eachSkillsAt least 5 years' experience in recruiting in the Biopharma industry across multiple functions requiredAbility to recruit passive candidates and develop sourcing strategiesDelivers against and provides guidance to continually deliver quality candidates and hiresDrives adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices across the organization to facilitate talent acquisition productivity and predictable qualityEnsures recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures in the pre-screening and post-employment processMaintains current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal, and recruitment trends and requirementsIdentifies and shares best recruitment best-practices across the organizationEnsures end-user education and training (hiring managers) within the businessProvide updated candidate reports to keep the Recruiter and Hiring Managers abreast of the active candidates on eachExcellent communication skills, including presentation skillsAbility to gain credibility, engender trust, and influence across all levels of the organizationStrong partnering skills, bias for action and tangible resultsAbility to follow assignments through to completion with an emphasis towards action and executionExtensive experience leading recruitment activitiesDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, marketing plans, policies, and programsExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday experience is a plusExperience working in a global environmentBachelor's Degree preferred; 5+ years talent acquisition experience requiredPrevious experience supporting Quality and Manufacturing and business-related functions is a plusSolid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle is a plusBenefitsNon-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus planCommercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation planAll Company employees have the opportunity to own shares of BeOne Medicines Ltd. stock because all employees are eligible for discretionary equity awardsAll employees are eligible to voluntarily participate in the Employee Stock Purchase PlanThe Company has a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and WellnessCompany OverviewBeiGene is a global oncology company.
