[Remote] Contract Recruiter (Remote)

The Contract Recruiter will partner with the recruitment team to manage the recruitment process for clinical educator networks, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.ResponsibilitiesPost open positions, source, screen, and conduct interviews as outlined by the clinical educator network project; arrange second level interviews, as identified; initiate the Momentum contracting process with the most qualified candidatesManage candidates within the applicant tracking system, track applicants throughout the recruiting process; compile internal tracking documents associated with recruitment activitiesWork with business teams to identify and support geographic gaps and additional needs; responsible to proactively find solutions for talent gap challengesSkillsMinimum of three years of sourcing and recruiting experience in pharma, biotech, and/or clinician recruitment preferredExpert level capabilities with candidate sourcing platformsCurrent use/experience with robust applicant tracking systemProven success in high volume, quick turnaround recruitingUnderstanding of the Momentum business and service offeringsProven project management and analytical thinking capabilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsTeam and solution oriented; strong customer service mentalityHighly adaptable, flexible, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast paced environmentDetail oriented, strong organizational and reporting capabilitiesBachelor's degree preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCompany OverviewMomentum Life Sciences offers patient engagement and adherence solutions for healthcare, pharma, and patients.
