[Remote] Contract Recruiter

They are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and create exceptional candidate/client experiences.ResponsibilitiesWork with internal team and candidates to develop a strategic search approach resulting in excellent client serviceManage recruitment efforts and maintain a consistent network / talent pipeline of engaged, qualified, and interested candidatesSource, identify, and engage/outreach top talent across Finance, Accounting, and Administrative functionsConduct candidate screening calls and in-depth interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications and career goalsAfter sourcing, screening, qualification, and presentation of a candidate for a role, facilitate a warm handoff to the assigned sales representative to begin candidate preparation, client introductions, interview coordination, etcPartner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop strategic search approachesMaintain accurate, compliant candidate records within the ATSCreate compelling, relevant job postings, outreach messages, and candidate presentations in accordance with Propel's standardsSkillsAvailability during Pacific Time business hours, including responsiveness to candidates the the team during those hoursAbility to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week3+ years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or relevant client-facing professional services environment (preferably for finance and accounting job functions)Strong business writing and communication skillsFamiliarity with boolean and other search methodsCreate compelling, relevant job postings, outreach messages, and candidate presentations in accordance with Propel's standardsBachelor's degreePreferred technical skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, LOXO, Google SuiteBenefitsRemote work environmentWork directly alongside the Founder and gain broad exposure to the recruiting industryCollaborative, supportive, entrepreneurial team cultureOpportunity to service respected clients from a diverse range of industriesCompany OverviewAt Propel Recruitment we specialize in partnering with clients and professionals in the field of Accounting/Finance/Administrative, on a direct hire basis.
