The Contract Recruiter will assist the Talent Acquisition team in implementing recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals, while maintaining effective partnerships across the HR function to support the organization's objectives.ResponsibilitiesWorks with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Hiring Teams to successfully track the job requisition pipeline and reconcile against annual hiring business planResponsible for the full cycle recruitment: posting job requisitions, sourcing, conducts interviews, drafts offer letters, scheduling interviews for various levelsAdhere to compliance, data integrity and regular ATS/HRIS management needsIdentify and successfully engage with talent in specific disciplinesTell a compelling and consistent message to candidates that aligns with the company brand and valuesDevelop robust communities of talent and candidate pipelines across a diverse set of functional areas and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environmentMaintain all TA system maintenance: TA Platforms, Jobvite, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etcProven track record of assisting TA strategies for sourcing candidates for diversity hiring (through various job boards, virtual job fairs, job posting activities)Assists on TA & Recruitment projects and searches, construct target lists of companies, candidates, prospects and leads, develop pipelines of talent, contact high-potential prospects, conduct candidate interviews, maintain progress reports, captures market data to tell the passive talent marketβs story and assess candidate qualificationsCollect and frame-up external talent market data to enable partners to inform and influence decisionsOptimize Talent Management/ATS system by setting up email templates, workflow, dispositions, requisition statuses, analytics, and TA hiring reportingBe accountable for the storage and distribution of internal and external documents with strict confidentialityDrive candidate engagement through all stages of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience is delivered in a timely mannerExpertly handle workload in Microsoft Office Suite software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this positionPerform other duties and special projects, as assigned by ManagementSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred3+ years of recruiting experience in utility-scale renewable energy, solar, or construction environments, including roles in engineering, sustainability, and skilled tradesStrong understanding of the utility-scale solar project lifecycle, especially engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate selection skillsStrong judgment, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProactive, self-directed, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independentlyPositive attitude, professionalism, and composure in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong attention to detailPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferredBenefitsAn additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives may be offered as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Company OverviewQcells is a renowned complete energy solutions provider in solar cell and module, energy storage, downstream project business and energy retail.
