The role involves managing multiple searches for independent consultants and contract professionals across various sectors, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent searches across professional services, consulting, technology, finance, procurement, risk, compliance, operations, and marketing functionsPartner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, identify top talent, deliver market intelligence, and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processSkills7+ years of recruiting and talent sourcing experienceProven success sourcing and recruiting professional-level independent consultants, contractors, and project-based talentStrong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate sourcingExperience managing multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environmentStrong candidate assessment, relationship management, and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across distributed teamsLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is requiredPrevious staffing agency recruiting experience strongly preferredExperience recruiting within one or more of the following talent segments is highly preferred: Technology & Digital Transformation, Finance & Accounting, Risk and Compliance, Advisory & Consulting Services, Data & AnalyticsCompany OverviewMBO Partners has the industry’s only complete business operating system for independent workers.
