ā¢ Reviewing and negotiating NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, MSAs, and SOWs
ā¢ Managing contract intake
ā¢ Routing agreements for execution
ā¢ Maintaining contract records
ā¢ Supporting day-to-day workflow operations
ā¢ Skills
ā¢ Experience as a Contracts Manager
ā¢ Experience supporting energy-sector clients
ā¢ Strong commercial contracting skills
ā¢ Ability to handle routine contract management responsibilities
ā¢ Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, MSAs, and SOWs
ā¢ Experience managing contract intake and routing agreements for execution
ā¢ Experience maintaining contract records
ā¢ Ability to support day-to-day workflow operations
