Remote, Contract-based California Trust/ Probate Litigation Attorney Opportunity

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California-based Trust/ Probate Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10 - 20 hours per week. Attorney Requirements: • Licensed in good standing to practice law in California • ***STRONG*** drafting skill sets • Responding to petitions • Drafting mediation petitions • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
