The Content Writer plays a crucial role in crafting clear and engaging content across various channels, supporting marketing, sales enablement, and client communications to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesContent Development & Narrative SupportDevelop clear, compelling content aligned with LucyRx’s positioning as a prescription care partnerTranslate complex concepts into simple, useful language for B2B, B2B2C, and consumer audiencesSupport content plans and messaging priorities established by Marketing leadership while helping bring ideas and execution forwardContribute ideas, identify opportunities, and help strengthen content through thoughtful executionBring curiosity, judgment, and care to the work by asking clarifying questions, pressure-testing inputs, and improving draftsEnsure consistency in voice, tone, and positioning across all contentSales Enablement & Business-Critical ContentDevelop content for sales and client-facing materials, including one-pagers, presentations, and campaign assets, in partnership with the Sales Enablement ManagerCollaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager to receive briefs and deliver polished, audience-right content on timeSupport messaging for key growth areas, including specialty, GLP-1, and women’s healthThought Leadership & External ContentWrite content across channels, including:LinkedIn and other social media (executive and brand)Website (pages, blogs, and articles)Digital and email campaignsEvents and trade showsCollaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to develop credible, differentiated perspectivesEnsure content is grounded in real-world experience, data insights, behavioral science, and market dynamicsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Clinical, Sales, Client Success, and Operations to gather inputs and shape accurate, meaningful contentSupport creative projects from brief to delivery, coordinating with design partners as needed under direction from project leadsAsk strong, clarifying questions to improve the quality of inputs and outputsTranslate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messagingAct as a connector across teams to ensure content reflects real-world use and understandingContent Quality, Consistency & StandardsApply and uphold LucyRx voice and messaging standards across all contentEnsure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in terminology and positioningAdapt tone and messaging appropriately across audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voiceEdit and refine content to improve structure, readability, and human impactContribute to evolving and strengthening LucyRx’s voice as the company growsAI-Enabled Content Development & Workflow AccelerationUse AI as a strategic thought partner to accelerate research, shape ideas, and improve content qualityApply AI tools to streamline drafting, iteration, and content production without sacrificing clarity or accuracyBring structure and discipline to AI-assisted workflows to improve speed to market and consistencyIdentify opportunities to scale content creation and reduce manual effort through repeatable, AI-supported approachesSkillsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in healthcare content, writing, or communications roles across agency or in-house environmentsDemonstrated experience creating content that supports sales, marketing, or client engagementStrong ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured, and compelling contentExperience working cross-functionally with non-marketing stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines and budgetsExperience in healthcare, insurance, PBM, or another regulated industryExperience working in a growth-stage or high-change environmentExperience supporting employer, consultant, or B2B audiencesExperience with sales enablement or revenue-supporting contentTuned into culture, trends, and technologies in marketing and beyondCompany OverviewLucyRx is an independent, next-generation pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) that is transforming prescription care.
