[Remote] Content Strategist – Generative AI & User Support

The role involves writing and optimizing Help Center articles, developing content for Generative AI systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user support communication.ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, test, and optimize Help Center articles and customer support responses in alignment with content strategyDevelop and refine content that enables Generative AI systems to deliver accurate and helpful responsesApply and maintain content standards and best practices across all support channelsLeverage data to inform content decisions, troubleshoot known issues, and influence partner teams to improve user experienceManage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting tight and frequently shifting deadlinesTest products and collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate technical knowledge into clear, structured documentationPartner with product and operations teams to craft support messaging that is clear, effective, and empatheticSkillsBachelor's degree in English or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution (or equivalent international degree)2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategyAt least 6 months of experience writing content for Generative AI applicationsStrong editorial judgment and critical thinking skills, especially around complex or sensitive topicsProven ability to plan and author online help content and support messaging for mobile apps or social media platformsExperience working with content management systems (CMS)Familiarity with project management toolsEnglish (Required)Experience managing projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing prioritiesProficiency in data analysis, XML editing, and AI toolsBackground in content development for large-scale digital platformsExperience with mixed-methods research or user testing to inform content decisionsBenefitsDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceCompany OverviewLinda Werner & Associates is a writing and editing company offering placement services for writers and editors.
