Required Skills • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content moderation, online community management, or a related field. • Proven ability to analyze and apply complex content policies accurately and consistently. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with content moderation tools. • High level of empathy and discretion when dealing with sensitive content and user interactions. • Strong ethical compass and commitment to maintaining digital safety and integrity. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field. • Experience moderating content across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, forums, e-commerce sites). • Familiarity with various cultural nuances and global content standards. • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving guidelines and technology. • Experience with machine learning-assisted moderation tools. • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
