[Remote] Content Marketing Manager

Conversica is seeking a hands-on Content Marketing Manager to help drive awareness, engagement, and market presence through compelling content, marketing programs, and brand storytelling. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and executing external marketing initiatives that support company growth and visibility. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to create content, manage website updates, support marketing campaigns, and help bring Conversica's story to market.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage blogs, articles, customer stories, case studies, thought leadership content, and industry-focused contentPartner with leadership and subject matter experts to transform ideas and expertise into compelling external contentDevelop content that supports company messaging, market positioning, and business prioritiesMaintain an editorial calendar and content roadmapManage and maintain website content, including page updates, landing pages, messaging updates, and content publishingHelp ensure website content remains current, relevant, and aligned with company prioritiesPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to support website enhancements and improvementsCoordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital channelsSupport product launches, announcements, webinars, events, and other marketing initiativesCreate and maintain marketing assets that support awareness, engagement, and lead generation effortsHelp ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and visual presentation across customer-facing channelsDevelop customer success stories and use cases that highlight business outcomes and customer valueCreate content that supports industry awareness and thought leadershipIdentify opportunities to amplify customer wins, company milestones, and market insightsPartner closely with leadership, sales, customer success, product, and other teams to identify content opportunities and marketing prioritiesCoordinate marketing efforts across departments to ensure timely execution and alignmentServe as a marketing resource for company-wide initiatives requiring external communications and content supportSkills5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, content marketing, or related marketing rolesExceptional written communication, editing, and storytelling skillsExperience creating content in partnership with subject matter experts and executive leadersExperience managing website content and digital marketing initiativesAbility to independently manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience in SaaS, AI, technology, automotive, or related industriesExperience supporting website launches, rebranding efforts, or major marketing initiativesFamiliarity with content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platformsExperience creating customer stories, thought leadership content, and executive communicationsBenefitsAnnual bonus target of 10% of base salaryFlexible PTO and paid holidaysComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageA 401(k) planEquity grant eligibilityA remote-first, collaborative work environmentCompany OverviewConversica creates intelligent virtual assistants to serve as virtual team members.
