[Remote] CONTENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (MARKETING)

Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is seeking a Content Management Specialist for an 18-month project focused on Ecommerce, digital content, and enterprise marketing operations. The role involves collecting, organizing, formatting, and editing content across various marketing channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.ResponsibilitiesAssists in the collecting, organizing, formatting and editing of copy/content for print media, using a Macintosh workstation and Adobe Creative Suite softwareAssists in development and implementation of copy standards and processesProofs for accuracy of content and corrects as neededAssists in organizing media into correct channels/versions of mediaEnsures all standards/formatting styles are adhered to in all mediaAssists in organizing and exporting of Ad Database Content using a PC-WorkstationAdheres to fast-paced content and project scheduleManages a content and project scheduleAssists in tracking content/assets where necessaryCoordinates closely with the web producer and the rest of the web teamAssists in the collecting, organizing, formatting and editing of all image content for print and digital mediaWorks closely with Merchandising group, Products and Promotions teams to ensure all content is submitted in accordance with turn-in meetings and content/project schedulesPerforms other related duties as assignedSkills3 years experience in administrative professional technical or other responsible work that required the applicant to demonstrate proficient skill in coordinating and managing project schedules communication writing and editing and organization and the ability to work with multiple teams departments and coordinate different projects1 year of education above the high school level may be substituted for 9 months experience.
