Dynata is a leading provider of first-party consumer insights, and they are seeking a Content Development Manager to create and manage impactful sales enablement content. This role involves content strategy, learning experience design, and collaboration across teams to equip the sales organization with necessary resources for success.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Curation – Develops and maintains a diverse range of sales enablement content, such as pitch decks, battle cards, templates, playbooks, case studies, and sell-sheets in partnership with Product MarketingContent Management – Manages a centralized sales content library, ensuring all materials are up to date, organized, and easily accessible to the sales team; Highspot experience preferredLearning Experience Design & Curriculum Development – Designs curriculum and learning pathways that support sales performance and transformation initiatives, including e-learning modules, self-paced programs, instructor-led training, and modular learning experiences using Articulate 360Collaboration – Works closely with marketing, product, and subject matter experts to create relevant, accurate, and high quality content aligned with company strategyPerformance Analysis – Tracks and analyzes content performance metrics and gathers feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and alignment with sales goalsContent Optimization – Optimizes content for different stages of the buyer’s journey, various buyer personas, and specific sales scenariosIndustry & Competitor Analysis – Stays informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor messaging to inform content strategy and ensure competitive messagingSkillsStrong ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored for sales engagement and learning environmentsExpertise in curriculum design, e-learning creation, and structured learning pathways; proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) requiredAbility to understand broader business and sales strategy to design content and learning that drive objective outcomesFamiliarity with sales enablement platforms, content management systems, and CRM tools; Highspot experience strongly preferredAbility to interpret content performance and training effectiveness data to drive continuous improvementExcellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and functions; adept at gathering stakeholder input and articulating learning recommendationsStrong organizational skills to manage content libraries and complex learning initiativesHighspot experience preferredBenefitsFlexible work environment - hybrid (if near an office) or 100% remoteWork-life balanceMedical benefits, Retirement matchingGenerous paid time offLearning Management System available through the Intranet providing free access to nearly 500 online training modules and personal development programsA discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.Company OverviewDynata engages in first-party data and data services.
