The Sage Group is seeking a strategic, hands-on Portfolio Content Manager to shape and execute content for an AI-powered benefits and PEO solution. This role involves owning content strategy and creation across various channels, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging content, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality output.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead a content strategy aligned with business goals, audience priorities, and product positioningCreate, write, and edit content across blogs, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and related thought leadership channelsOwn content execution from planning through publication, including editorial calendar managementTranslate complex product, benefits, and workforce topics into clear, engaging market-facing contentUse AI and LLM tools to support research, ideation, drafting, and content optimizationApply strong judgment to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, high quality, and aligned with brand voiceCollaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop timely, differentiated contentSupport messaging for a solution-oriented offering at the intersection of AI, benefits, and PEO servicesReview performance and engagement data to refine content direction and improve results over timeSkills10+ years' experience develop content and strategy in one or more relevant sectors such as healthcare, consulting, compensation, benefits, HR, or professional servicesExcellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create concise, engaging content for different audiences and platformsHands-on experience using AI and LLM tools within content workflows, paired with strong human judgmentAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a part-time structureComfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing business needsExperience supporting thought leadership or go-to-market content for consultative or complex solutions is a plusBenefitsW-2 optionCompany OverviewThe Sage Group, a 24 Seven company, is a leading talent solutions firm with a fine-tuned approach in the marketing, technology, and business operations space.
