[Remote] Content Design & Delivery Manager/Instructional Design

Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking a Content Design & Delivery Manager to lead the instructional design, development, and revision of digital learning experiences for future teachers. This role focuses on ensuring courses are instructionally sound, aligned to standards, and engaging for adult learners while collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLeads course development and revision efforts across programsEstablishes and follows course design, release, and quality control processesEvaluates and monitors new content approaches, tools, and platforms to improve course quality and learner experienceDesigns and revises courses for adult learners, ensuring clarity, engagement, and practical applicationEnsures strong alignment between course content, standards, and assessmentsDesigns content with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices in mind to support an intuitive learner experienceUses LMS and CMS tools effectively to structure and deliver content in a way that maximizes learner engagement and usabilityDevelops and manages course revision and release plans across new and updated contentEnsures content/coursework aligns with style guides and Teachers of Tomorrow brandingReviews content to ensure quality, consistency, and instructional effectivenessCreates release and versioning notes to ensure visibility into changesAct in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core valuesPerform other duties as neededSkillsBachelor's Degree3+ years of experience working in LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or MoodleExperience setting up and supporting both new course launches and revised course contentStrong attention to detail and ability to identify content or alignment issuesUnderstanding of instructional design for adult learners and course development workflowsAbility to ensure alignment between content, standards, and assessmentsEffective communicator and problem-solver with a team-oriented mindsetAble to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholder needsFamiliarity with adaptive learning or digital content management preferredPrior coordination or informal leadership experience is a plusCompany OverviewTeachers of Tomorrow is a provider of largest national alternative certification.
