You know that Instagram and TikTok are completely different beasts. You're optimizing for platform culture, not just algorithm metrics. You understand what audiences care about vs. what's just noiseChase trends with good judgment. You're monitoring what's happening, but evaluating everything through a Deel lens. Does this conversation matter to our audience? Can we add something real to it? Or is this just noise? You balance moving fast with keeping the brand coherent and safeBuild formats that work.
