The Content Coordinator supports the planning, development, review, and maintenance of educational content, ensuring accuracy, quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all offerings.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the planning, development, and maintenance of CITI Program courses, webinars, and podcasts across the content lifecycleSupport content leads in organizing project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and cross functional communication for new and existing content initiativesManage and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to content development, review, updates, and retirementCoordinate peer review processes, including reviewer identification, distribution of materials, tracking feedback, and facilitating revisionsCoordinate editorial review processes, working with internal stakeholders and external editors to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to style guidelinesManage content update workflows, including version control and documentationCoordinate the translation of content, including managing vendors, budget, timelines, and quality review of translated materials. Primarily responsible for version control and alignment with English versions of content. Maintain documentation of translations and work with other departments as appropriate regarding translation availability and managementCoordinate content review and documentation required for IACET accreditation and continuing education complianceManage administrative and documentation requirements for CITI Program’s TransCelerate attested courses, including coordination with internal teams and external partnersAssist in planning and executing content launches, including preparation of internal documentation and coordination with production, marketing, and support teamsTrack content status, milestones, and dependencies to support transparency, reporting, and continuous improvement across content operationsSkillsBachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Technical Writing, English, Information Science/Information Management, Library Science, Communications, Business/Operations, Education/Instructional Design, or related fieldDemonstrated experience supporting content development, editorial, documentation, or project coordinationDemonstrated experience coordinating workflows involving multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsProficiency with common collaboration and document-management toolsBenefitsFlexible scheduleMedical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement benefitsGroup life InsuranceVoluntary supplemental insuranceGenerous paid time offCompany OverviewCITI Program provides online web-based educational courses and programs in research, ethics for organizations and individual learners.
