Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Content Management Analyst to focus on content modeling and structured content. In this role, you will manage and build the backend architecture for content, bridging creative marketing with personalization engines to enhance enterprise digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead the structural architecture of content models, breaking down marketing collateral into well-defined types to be deployed in a Salesforce Personalization EngineHit the ground running in your first 90 days by auditing existing marketing collateral, PDFs, and brochures, translating them into structured, system-ready dataAudit and clean up our disclosure database, eliminating duplicates and inaccuracies to compile a unified, deployable database across multiple platformsIdentify vanity URLs in audited collateral and construct a comprehensive database complete with campaign IDs and ownersDefine and document content models for development in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), collaborating closely with Digital Strategy and Marketing teams to align with enterprise goalsSkills5+ years of experience in web content strategy, content management systems (CMS), and personalizationProven experience with Structured Content and backend system content modeling (looking at content as data)Prior experience in the Finance / Consumer Banking or Tech industriesDirect experience working within Web Content Management System platformsBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or an equivalent fieldA portfolio of samples or case studies demonstrating how you have tackled complex content structure challenges in your careerA proactive self-starter who can 'hit the ground running' and self-lead through ambiguous migration projectsExperience with Content SchemaCompany OverviewRandstad US is a wholly owned subsidiary of Randstad Holding nv, a global provider of human resources solutions.
