[Remote] Consumption Project Manager

They are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Consumption Project Manager to oversee and optimize product, service, and resource utilization, bridging business operations and data analytics.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects focused on product consumption, subscription lifecycle management, and usage tracking from initiation through deliveryWrite and execute SQL queries to extract consumption data, identify trends, and generate performance reports for stakeholdersValidate consumption metrics by partnering with data and engineering teams; troubleshoot discrepancies and support UAT processesAct as a liaison between business, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment on consumption data and revenue goalsAnalyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using data insightsSupport the development and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholdersSkills3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related cross-functional roleStrong SQL proficiency (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, aggregations) with the ability to independently query relational databasesAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauStrong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsHigh attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with cloud consumption models (Azure, AWS, or GCP Cloud) or SaaS subscription metricsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.comBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance09-10 days/hours of paid time offCompany OverviewAscendion is an AI-native software engineering disruptor helping businesses innovate faster, smarter, and with greater impact.
