The role involves conducting requirements analysis, business process analysis, and providing post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and project success.ResponsibilitiesWork with clients to provide a broad range of implementation and integration tasks including requirements analysis, business process analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation supportHelp drive successful operation of Unison’s product suite by delivering high quality advisory and support services to government contractorsEnsure assigned tasks are performed on target, on time, and on budget, and that client personnel appreciate the value of the work performedUnderstand client’s business objectives and help clients achieve their goalsInteraction with senior client leadership to define project goals, execute against plan and manage issues and risksConsultants are continuously challenged though client projects and build skills towards a fulfilling career.
