[Remote] Consultant, Systems & Change Management - Salesforce
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CCS Fundraising is an international strategic fundraising firm that partners with nonprofits for transformational change. The Consultant, Systems & Change Management - Salesforce will manage projects focused on fundraising operations, data challenges, and provide insights to enhance client relationships and performance.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Successfully lead and manage projects from inception to conclusion
ā¢ Apply critical and strategic thinking to quickly identify the crux of a problem, question or issue
ā¢ Communicate clearly, concisely, and logically both verbally and in writing and is comfortable articulating strategies with a variety of audiences; ability to convey information in a thoughtful visual manner a plus
ā¢ Thrive in a startup environment, working independently and helping to shape and lead the growth of a cutting-edge practice within the firm
Skills
ā¢ Experience working with Salesforce as an administrator and/or developer
ā¢ Technical proficiency required to recognize, scope, and design optimal methods for the generation, entry, management, use, and interpretation of data
ā¢ An understanding of systems architecture best practices and data governance standard protocols
ā¢ Demonstrated familiarity with data analysis
ā¢ Experience working with large data sets
ā¢ A comprehensive understanding of the data life cycle (from entry to insight)
ā¢ Experience working with stakeholders at various levels and across different departments
ā¢ Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
ā¢ A continuous learning mindset
ā¢ This role requires approximately 20% travel for activities such as conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and participating in team events and retreats
ā¢ Experience working with relational databases, CRM and ERP systems beyond the end-user perspective in a non-profit setting
ā¢ Healthcare, higher education, and/or federated nonprofit experience a plus
ā¢ Great storytelling skills and strong public speaking skills
ā¢ Experience with data visualization and dynamic reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
ā¢ Experience with workflow modeling and business process design (e.g. Visio)
ā¢ Experience with relational database architecture and management
ā¢ Experience with query/programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) a plus
