[Remote] Consultant, Student Financial Services

They are seeking a Consultant for Student Financial Services to lead Workday Student implementations, assist in data conversion, and mentor new consultants while ensuring customer satisfaction and best practices are followed.ResponsibilitiesBe a subject matter expert in the Workday Student Financials workstreamExecute the day-to-day activities on Workday Student implementations for customers including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customersAssist the customer team to help convert legacy data into WorkdayAssist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutionsHelp mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role modelCollaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projectsEnsure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practicesHelp ensure customers remain referenceableSupport Alchemy post-production services customers through defect resolutionPartner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgetsStrive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectivelyMaintain Workday certifications and qualificationsSkillsMinimum 2-3 years of experience leading the Workday Student Financials workstream on multiple Workday Student implementationsActive Workday Student Financials certificationSignificant consulting within higher educationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectationsPassion for providing exceptional customer serviceBachelor's Degree or commensurate work experienceAbility and willingness to travel up to 40%Experience supporting or leading the Financial Aid, Reporting or Testing workstreamsActive Workday Reporting, HCM, or Financials certificationsBenefitsMarket competitive compensation packages and annual merit programOne-time home office reimbursement for new hiresExpense allowance per pay period (towards technology, office, and/or wellness)Investment in your ongoing Workday trainingMedical, dental, and vision benefits that begin on day oneHSA, FSA, STD, LTD, and life benefitsUnlimited paid time off.
