This role involves supporting the management of the Digital Solutions portfolio and ensuring effective resource allocation while driving operational efficiency through budget and portfolio management.ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budget submission process for the Digital Solutions and Data Office teams, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to gather inputs and develop overall budget submissionAdminister and utilize portfolio management tools (e.g., Hive) to track project progress, resource allocation, and overall portfolio healthSupport the entire lifecycle of portfolio management processes, including intake, prioritization, execution, and closureEnsure data accuracy and consistency within portfolio management systemsDevelop and distribute regular portfolio reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Excel to provide clear insights into performance, risks, and opportunitiesSupport the "Type 1" value process and contribute to its reporting and analysisAssist in analyzing portfolio data to identify trends, issues, and areas for process improvementCollaborate with Digital Partner teams and other stakeholders to ensure the consistent application of portfolio management methodologies and best practicesParticipate in and help facilitate key portfolio meetings, including preparing materials and documenting action itemsContribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio management processes and toolsAssist in planning and executing "Moments that Matter" events, both in-person and online, designed to foster learning, networking, and professional growth within the broader Digital Solutions and Data Office teamsContribute to the end-to-end management of these events, including agenda development, comprehensive communications, logistical coordination, and post-event analysisSupport committees & forums along with other ad hoc opportunities (i.e. Analytics Day, Digital Discussions, etc.)SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field3-5 years of experience in project or portfolio management, preferably in a technology or digital environmentHands-on experience with portfolio management tools (e.g., Hive, Jira Align, Planview) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skillsFamiliarity with project/program management methodologies is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off planHealth savings account (HSA)401k savings planAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPayFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Short- and long-term disability coverageWork-Life resourcesPaid parental leaveHealthy lifestyle programsCompany OverviewCardinal Health is a manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products.
