[Remote] Consultant, Digital Transformation & ERP Strategy
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TriVista is an award-winning global operational management firm dedicated to supporting clients through complex challenges. The Consultant role involves collaborating on various projects, including Due Diligence and Digital & Technology initiatives, while requiring significant travel and client interaction.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Support all aspects of Due Diligence projects including project set up and kick off, data requests, data analysis, team logistics, site visits, and report generation
ā¢ Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to projects analysis including business process maps, enterprise resource diagrams, value stream maps, root cause analysis, pareto charts, etc
ā¢ Support future state planning of Digital and Technology operating models, IT cost synergy analysis, cybersecurity landscape analysis, and application modeling
ā¢ Contribute to one or multiple workstreams for post-merger integrations, including IT infrastructure consolidation, data migration strategy, and organizational restructuring
ā¢ Develop Digital and Technology project plans, tools, and templates
ā¢ Collaborate with team members in the Digital & Technology Practice to ensure relevant and important project information is shared efficiently and effectively
ā¢ Develop statistical models, analyze client data, and develop presentations
ā¢ Support senior TriVista team members in all aspects of project assignments as required
ā¢ Project management ā development of Gantt charts, metrics, and expense tracking spreadsheets
ā¢ Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
Skills
ā¢ Minimum 4 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience and significant project experience in information technology
ā¢ Understanding of ERP best practices for selection, requirement gathering, and implementation
ā¢ Balanced understanding of IT systems, operations, and value drivers
ā¢ Excellent analytical skills
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ā able to clearly express ideas and recommendations to a broad spectrum of client employees from manufacturing personnel to CEOs
ā¢ Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality
ā¢ Accurate and detail oriented
ā¢ Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities
ā¢ Understanding and proficiency using the following software: MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
ā¢ Ability and willingness to undertake travel domestically and internationally is required
ā¢ 4-year degree, preferably with a focus in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Cybersecurity, and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
ā¢ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ability to obtain once employed
ā¢ MBA preferred but not required
