They are seeking a Consultant, Compliance Services to support clients with their compliance obligations, working closely with Directors and handling various compliance activities and client management tasks.ResponsibilitiesSupport Director-level compliance professionals serving Outsourced CCO and enterprise-level clientsMaintain client compliance calendars and monitor regulatory deadlinesPrepare for and participate in client meetings and trainings, including agendas, reports, and documentationAssist with advertising reviews, Code of Ethics reviews, and other core compliance activitiesSupport compliance aspects of employee onboarding and offboardingGather information and assist with regulatory filingsHelp coordinate, document, and execute compliance testing and reviewsContribute to the drafting and maintenance of key compliance documents such as Compliance Manuals, Form ADV, Code of Ethics, and Form CRSStay informed on regulatory developments and industry trends and help communicate them clearly to clientsTake on additional consulting responsibilities over time as experience and proficiency growSkills2–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally working with Registered Investment AdvisersBachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management conceptsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointBenefitsUnlimited FTO.
