[Remote] Consultant Analyst - Talent for Good

Cloud for Good is a client-service organization seeking exceptional individuals to launch their careers in Nonprofit and Higher Education Salesforce roles. As a Consultant Analyst, you will undergo a two-month training program to develop critical business analyst and Salesforce skills, ultimately working as a Salesforce System Administrator or Business Analyst for Higher Education clients.ResponsibilitiesActively participate in and complete a multi-month, virtual Salesforce System Administrator training program designed by Cloud for GoodAttend all training activitiesComplete all pre- and post-work assignmentsSeek help from available people and resourcesObtain the Business Analyst certification within 2-3 months of start date and an additional Salesforce certification by the completion of Month 6Develop foundational Salesforce knowledge and related technical and consulting skills required to contribute value to Cloud for Good clientsOnce assigned to a client, performing duties as assigned by the client or internal Cloud for Good teams and appropriate for an entry level Salesforce System Administrator. Sample duties may include:Develop and use business analysis skills to document user stories, requirements, configuration diagrams, and other solution documentationBuild and test solutions for customer use cases, as designed by senior consultants or architectsParticipate in meetings on technical and business goals and challengesWork with customers and internal team members to iterate through modifications and revisionsQuickly resolve urgent client issues while proactively working to encourage system adoption and utilizationPerpetually contribute to the betterment of Cloud for Good and our clientsPerform other responsibilities as assignedSkillsWork-related experienceAbility to think creatively and solve complex problemsNonprofit or education industry work or volunteer interest or experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with customers or clientsAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsTechnology-related experienceSalesforce Administrator Certification requiredInterest and passion in technology, as evidenced by field of study, certifications, extracurricular work, or work experienceEducation and professional experienceAbility to follow technical, computer-based instructions and trainingAbility to work and self-manage in a mostly remote work environment (comfort with video meetings, self-paced work, etc.)Experience working in teams to accomplish goalsStrong organization skills: ability to meet deadlines and prioritize competing needsEagerness, flexibility, passion to learn and growTrack record of excelling in work, education, or extracurricular engagementsSolid computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPointCompany OverviewCloud for Good works with nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions to create transformational value with Salesforce.
