The Consultant will help identify existing business processes that need to be addressed through the Infor WMS implementation cycle and ensure a smooth integration and implementation process for clients.ResponsibilitiesImplementation of software in line with best practices. Collaborating with the customer in a prescriptive manner to produce the required solution and achieve the desired outcomes. Applying functional / product knowledge in combination with industry expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customersResponsible for the WMS project lifecycle. Responsibilities include but are not limited to configuring, developing, maintaining and supporting the WMS systems. The WMS Specialist will provide general maintenance and system updates on WMS software. Analyze problems to ensure their availability to usersHave a sense of urgency, a passion for customer success, a thirst for innovation, a focus on results and a sense of communityPerform consultancy and configuration of all core "add-on" Infor products onsite and remotely.
