[Remote] Conflicts Analyst

They are seeking a Conflicts Analyst responsible for handling conflicts-related functions during the intake of new clients and matters, producing conflict results reports, and coordinating the resolution of potential conflicts of interest.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for processing conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely mannerPerform detailed corporate research using various search resources. Includes analysis, interpretation, and application of information via recent press releases and historical references to entitiesThorough review of Intapp Open workflow requests including detailed understanding of the submissions to ensure key information is included for appropriate processingProvide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts based on established team guidelinesWhen appropriate, conduct necessary research to determine materiality of potential conflictsResearch Conflicts Database and other firm documents to ensure appropriate conflicts resolutionContact the appropriate request stakeholders in effort to clear potential conflictsCommunicate daily with the Manager regarding resolution of potential conflicts of interest or any areas of concern relevant to pending requestsThoroughly document and organize documentation regarding the resolution of potential conflicts of interestMaintain telephone and personal contact with attorneys and staff on conflict of interest mattersTrack status of outstanding or on-going Work Flow requestsHandle special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts ManagersSkillsHigh School Diploma or GED required; 2‐ or 4-year degree preferred3‐5 years' experience required, preferably in a professional services environmentPrevious experience with Intapp requiredAbility to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraintsAbility to perform effectively with moderate supervision and within established time limits and on-going deadlinesAbility to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional serviceAbility to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision making for new clients/matter processing2‐ or 4-year degree preferredExperience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing preferredBenefitsDiscretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performanceMedical and dental coverageLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insurancePre-tax flexible spending account for certain medical and dependent care expensesAn employee assistance programPaid Time OffPaid holidaysParticipation in a retirement plan program after meeting eligibility requirementsCompany OverviewAn industry-focused, full-service litigation and business law firm with locations in 15 U.S. cities and in London.
