The role involves creating high-quality visual designs and collaborating with various teams to align design work with strategic goals.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality visual designs, digital prototypes, and design collateral (digital & print) to support user-centric experiences, business objectives, and brand standardsDevelop and present data visualizations, concept designs, illustrations, infographics, and analog/digital experience journey visualsAdvocate for human-centered design principles, integrating research insights into design workCollaborate with researchers, analysts, business leaders, and technology teams to align design work with strategic goalsEffectively communicate ideas and concepts to senior leaders through clear, compelling visual storytellingWork on enterprise-wide design projects, balancing user value, and business objectivesAct as a bridge between the UX Design and Conceptual Design teamsSkills5+ years of progressive design experienceExpertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite requiredStrong UI/UX and print design skillsAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, visually engaging designsComfortable working in ambiguity and managing multiple prioritiesExperience collaborating across teams and presenting to senior leadershipBachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, UX, or related fieldPrevious experience working with AI driven tools.
