[Remote] COMSEC & IT Account Manager

Rexus Group is seeking highly qualified COMSEC Account Managers to support a critical U.S. Department of Defense Foreign Military Sales program in Bogotá, Colombia. The role requires serving as the primary on-site technical expert and custodian for U.S.-provided cryptographic materials and secure communications infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing training in Spanish.ResponsibilitiesServe as the designated COMSEC Account Manager, maintaining strict accountability, physical security, and legal custodianship of all classified and unclassified cryptographic material and hardware in compliance with NSA CSS Policy Manual 3-16 and CJCSI 6510.06Execute key management operations including Over-The-Air-Rekey (OTAR), Over-The-Air-Transfer (OTAT), and local key loading using Simple Key Loaders (SKL) and Electronic Key Management Systems (EKMS)Configure, update, and troubleshoot secure communications equipment including High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptors (HAIPE), Inline Network Encryption (INE) devices (e.g., KG-175, KG-250), and secure voice devices (SCIP, Viper)Conduct hands-on technical training and operational briefings in Spanish for host-nation military personnel regarding the proper handling, operation, and safeguarding of secure communication assetsConduct semi-annual physical inventories, routine security audits of sub-accounts, and maintain/exercise the facility's Emergency Action Plan (EAP) for classified material destructionParticipate in a two-person rotation to ensure continuous 24/7 on-call availability for critical network failures or emergency response directivesSkillsMust be a United States CitizenMust possess and maintain an Active Secret Security ClearanceExcellent Fluency in Spanish and EnglishMinimum 3-5 years of direct experience operating and managing a formal U.S. Military or DoD COMSEC accountMust hold a current DoD 8570.01-M / 8140 IAT Level II certificationCertified GSA Safe & Lock Technician (highly desired for X-Series locks)Formal training on ViaSat Network Management Software and advanced HAIPE infrastructurePrior experience working in OCONUS environments, specifically within South America or in support of USSOUTHCOM initiativesCompany OverviewRexus is a global IT Infrastructure Consulting and services company who offers IT Infrastructure services support across IT Domain.
