The ComputerEase Consultant role involves supporting the implementation of ComputerEase software, providing consulting expertise, and ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesSupport ComputerEase project delivery – both implementations to successfully configure and setup ComputerEase, as well as post live strategic and best practice consulting supportLiaise closely with project managers to ensure seamless project executionAssess and make recommendations for best practice business process workflow design or re-design to customersProvide consulting expertise to sales on quotes for consulting servicesIdentify and resolve customer challenges, liaising with the project manager and delivery director when applicableUse a comprehensive and extensive understanding of ComputerEase to be able to resolve customer issues effectively and efficientlyKeep apprised of ComputerEase updates/new releasesUnderstand industry accounting principles and their application to the Deltek ComputerEase product lineWork within budget and time frame requirements for completion of each projectProvide exceptional customer serviceWork collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and entrepreneurshipDisplay excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skillsSkillsBachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related job experienceStrong understanding of, or experience with, accounting principles, project cost accounting and project management is requiredFour (4) years or more of implementation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with all aspects of Microsoft Office ProjectsComputerEase Experience is preferredKnowledge of Construction Industry is preferredKnowledge of ERP solution implementation is preferredPrior travel-related experience preferredBenefitsIncentive compensationEquityHealthcare benefitsA 401(k) plan and company matchPaid vacation time and holidaysWell-living programsShort-term and long-term disability coverageBasic life insuranceTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewDeltek is an enterprise software and information solutions provider for professional services firms and government contractors.
