[Remote] Computer Aided Dispatch Administrator - Public Safety

The Computer Aided Dispatch Administrator is responsible for executing large, complex IT projects in the Public Safety sector, focusing on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CAD and RMS applications. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and end-users.ResponsibilitiesWorks as part of a team that implements public safety software solutions, including:Installation of softwareConfiguration workshops and implementationFunctional Requirements DefinitionTestingTrainingTroubleshootingEnsure quality standards and proper compliance with client rules and regulationsBuilding and maintain quality relationships with client and end-user resourcesSkillsMinimum of 7 years' relevant experience working within or consulting Public Safety OrganizationsProven working experience implementing, configuring, or managing CAD, Mobile, or RMS systemsTravel as required, estimated at 25% - 50% - this ebbs and flows with each projectIntermediate/Advanced Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint)Subject Matter Expert in CAD, RMS, Mobile, and other public safety systemsIntermediate IT knowledge including database management, networking, and virtualizationKnowledge and understanding of how software projects are deliveredAbility to connect and maintain strong relationships with the project team and clientMust be able to gain CJIS certification or pass background checks per client requirementsExperience with or knowledge of Geographic Information SystemsBasic understanding of cloud technologyKnowledge of Hexagon's OnCall or I/CAD products a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, company-provided Life Insurance, Short and long-term disability.
