GHI Staffing Solutions is seeking a Compressed Air System Assessment Engineer to lead on-site assessments for energy, reliability, and production improvements. The role involves delivering recommendations and collaborating with teams to implement solutions based on collected data.ResponsibilitiesLead full-site supply- and demand-side compressed air assessmentsCollect and analyze pressure, flow, power, and air-quality data; size and baseline systemsUse data loggers and field instruments (flow meters, pressure/current transmitters, power meters, dew point sensors)Quantify energy and cost savings and document findings in client reports and presentationsDevelop preliminary schematic designs: single-line drawings, P&IDs, equipment schedules, piping diagramsCommunicate findings to clients and internal teams; help refine assessment process and go-to-market approachSkills5+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering or equivalent experienceBachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred (or comparable experience)Practical experience designing or assessing industrial compressed air systemsComfortable in industrial settings; able to use hand tools, work at heights, and stand/walk for long periodsStrong Excel and MS Office skills; excellent written/verbal presentation abilityValid driver's license; US citizenship requiredAble to travel ~50% (typically 2–3 weeks/month)Automation/controls (PLCs) experienceHands-on troubleshooting and field commissioning experienceBenefitsMedical, dental, vision; life & disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, annual profit sharing, merit growth reviewsCompany OverviewGHI Staffing Solutions is more than just a company; it's a vision brought to life through Grit, Hustle, and Integrity to make sure your priorities aren’t just another KPI.
