[Remote] Compliance Lead, Network Growth

The Compliance Lead, Network Growth will ensure business partners adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies while collaborating with various teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the Merchant Risk team to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with merchant and platform partnersReview and approve financial services marketing materials to ensure they comply with regulations and industry standardsWork cross-functionally with departments such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Revenue to complete reviews and address compliance issues and their root causesContribute to the development and maintenance of compliance training and reference materialsOperate in a fast-paced environment while delivering detailed and diligent workSupport the completion of the compliance risk assessment and control inventory, including gathering, organizing relevant information and documenting resultsServe as a proficient advisor on regulatory compliance, specifically as it relates to merchant and partner integration with AffirmSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Compliance certifications a plus)5+ years of professional work experience in a compliance advisory roleExperience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExperience advising revenue-generating stakeholder groupsA strong interest in fintech and consumer financial protectionsWorking knowledge of consumer financial laws and regulations, including UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, TCPA, TILA (Reg. Z), ECOA (Reg. B), EFTA (Reg. E), TISA (Reg.
