[Remote] Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will analyze and monitor regulatory changes, implement compliance programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the organization adheres to regulations.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and proceduresMonitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company complianceAssist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessmentsRespond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to internal teamsStay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trendsPrepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvementSkillsHigh School diploma, or equivalentGood knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task managementIn-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologiesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologiesCollaboration skills, applied successfully within teamMinimal critical thinking and a drive to improve the status quoAbility to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvementsAbility to thrive with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, to meet a deadline driven environmentAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and tactBenefitsSecond Fridays (a company-wide day off on the second Friday of every month minus November and December due to the Holiday schedule).
