[Remote] Compensation Analyst/Workday System Administrator

They are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support core compensation operations including salary planning, equity administration, and market pricing, while partnering with Compensation, HR, and Talent teams to deliver data-driven insights. Responsibilities • Maintain and update compensation tools (primarily in Excel) • Support annual, mid-year, and salary planning cycles • Assist with equity administration, audits, and grant file preparation • Conduct market pricing, job matching, and compensation survey submissions (Client, Mercer, ERI) • Pull and analyze compensation data and reports from Workday • Respond to compensation inquiries via ServiceNow and support process improvements Skills • 5+ years of compensation or total rewards experience • Intermediate Excel proficiency (must-have) • Hands-on experience with compensation survey submissions • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle sensitive data • Experience with Workday and Google Sheets • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field Company Overview • US Tech Solutions counted among the largest yet the fastest growing staffing firm; all achieved organically.
