[Remote] Community Supports Data Processor

Mom's Meals, a Purfoods Company, is seeking a Community Supports Data Processor to manage incoming documents for client creation and updates within their CRM system. The role involves frequent communication with agency case managers and requires attention to detail to maintain billing and compliance accuracy.ResponsibilitiesReview incoming Medical Service Authorizations and Medical paperwork to create new clients, update existing clients, and close accounts as neededCorrespond and follow up with Agency Case Managers via email, State Portal Messaging, and phone calls for action items or needed informationAccess clinical documentation via portal for use in obtaining authorization for servicesTroubleshoot and resolve account issues as requiredCoordinate with internal business partners including but not limited to Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and ComplianceAssist other departments for Intake-related inquiriesSkillsAssociate's degree plus 1 year of data processing experience or 2 years' data processing experience in a fast-paced medical or insurance environment2 years' medical background and 1 year of data processing experienceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteComfortability managing multiple screens/window and operation of computer equipment i.e. keyboard, mouse, webcam, docking stationStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently, think critically and use resources to guide workAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed in a fast-paced environmentAbility to achieve high production and quality standardsAbility to work effectively in both a team and individual environmentAbility to work effectively remotely and in-office as neededSincerity and passion for helping peoplePrior experience adhering to company policies and showing core valuesAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in related fieldMedical Billing terminologyExperience working in medical data processing, coding, physician office, or other clinical/health information settingBenefitsWeekly payPTOBenefits available after 30 days of employmentCompany OverviewMom’s Meals is a leading national provider of nutrition solutions and home-delivered meals.
