[Remote] Community Relations Specialist

Pomeroy is seeking a remote, part-time Corporate Social Responsibility & Community Engagement Coordinator for a short-term contract lasting approximately 4 months. The Coordinator will support day-to-day programming, communications, events, and administrative functions for the Community Matters team, contributing to community impact initiatives.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day programmatic support for the Community Matters team’s key programsSupport in-kind donation order tracking, recording, and processingVet grant application requests, including documentation and executionHelp inform impact reporting dashboard and provide operational solutions as neededAssist with ad hoc projects, including employee volunteerism and event supportContribute to communications and messaging as neededSkillsPrevious Intern or Full-time experience in a related fieldAvailable up to 20-25 hours per weekProject management skills to prioritize varying needs, at a fast pace, efficientlyCommunication and writing skills to convey the impact of CSR programsExperience in Benevity platform and corporate grant processes/systemsStrong understanding of social issues and corporate governanceEvent management experienceNJ based preferred, but not requiredCompany OverviewTechnology is mission-critical to your business so it must work — continuously.
