Position: Remote Asia Community Lead - Flare Network
The Asia Community Lead is a dual role that combines the nurturing of our community with the passionate advocacy of the Flare ecosystem.
Leveraging an existing retail following, the position will be instrumental in expanding Flares footprint and influence in the retail space. This role is crucial in driving community engagement, excitement, and positioning Flare as the go-to ecosystem among the oracle, decentralized finance, and machine learning Layer 1s.

Ecosystem Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Evangelism:
Leverage an existing retail community following to passionately promote and champion the Flare ecosystem.
Community Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to expand Flares retail community following, ensuring we tap into new audiences while deepening engagement with our existing base.
Public Speaking:
Represent Flare at conferences, articulately advocating for our ecosystem and products with a specific... focus on the retail audience.
Event Organization:
Plan and execute retail-centric events at established conferences to further promote Flare and engage with potential enthusiasts.
Retail Ambassador Program Management:
Oversee the retail ambassador program, ensuring our regional ambassadors are well-equipped, guided, and motivated to champion Flare.
Role Requirements:
A significant existing retail community following with proven ability to engage and grow such communities.
Strong public speaking skills, with experience in representing brands or ecosystems at major events or conferences.
Experience in community management and event organization.
An understanding of the Flare ecosystem, products, and the broader blockchain landscape.
Proven track record in managing ambassador programs or similar community-focused initiatives.
A keen eye for market sentiments and trends, with the ability to quickly adapt strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
