[Remote] Commercial Risk Account Manager

They are seeking a Commercial Risk Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to clients, producers, and carriers, delivering high-quality service and supporting account executives in the marketing and placement of commercial insurance business.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted partner to clients, producers, and carriers by delivering timely, high-quality service and acting as a liaison between all partiesSupport account executives and producers in the marketing, quoting, and placement of new and renewal commercial insurance businessMarket commercial insurance accounts to multiple carriers, including preparing and submitting applications, loss runs, financials, and other underwriting documentationSolicit, analyze, and negotiate quotes from insurance carriers and wholesalers to secure competitive coverage terms and pricingReview, compare, and evaluate policy forms, terms, conditions, exclusions, and pricing to identify coverage gaps and recommend risk mitigation solutionsPrepare professional proposals and coverage recommendations for presentation to producers and clientsProcess policy servicing tasks including endorsements, audits, certificates of insurance, cancellations, reinstatements, and related policy documentationResearch and respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, policy terms, and risk exposure questionsMaintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters, wholesalers, vendors, and internal team members to support successful account placement and retentionMonitor carrier appetites, underwriting guidelines, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimal coverage placementAssist with remarketing efforts as needed to improve coverage, pricing, or carrier stabilityEnsure compliance with agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and documentation standards within Applied EpicSkillsBachelor's degree in business or related area preferredMinimum of three years of experience in property and casualty customer service preferredProperty and casualty license (PA) requiredMaintain a current knowledge of industry legislation and compliance issues including, but not limited to, Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Umbrella coverage and others.
