[Remote] Commercial Loss Project Manager

The Commercial Large Loss Project Manager oversees commercial assignments and ensures effective communication with franchise teams and clients while enforcing guidelines and contracts.ResponsibilitiesCommunicates Job File Requirements to Franchise Production TeamsDocumentation of job progress, including: Labor and subcontract progressFile Review to accurately reflect job progressTime and Material software to provide real-time and accurate informationResponsible for completing Weekly Job Status reports with overview of every project that is assignedMaintains a Weekly Call and Updated Written Report with the FCM for each region that is assignedMonitors, reviews, and verifies scope and estimates for operational and pricing agreement complianceWorks in conjunction with the National Accounts Sales division to oversee and confirm that contract agreements are being followedEnsures that carrier is notified by the Production Team of job progress and any reserve varianceWeekly job status reports filed to Commercial Loss Director and support staff on National Accounts ProjectsProvides constructive critique of estimates and invoices to Franchise Production TeamsAdvises Franchise Production Teams on best practices, processes, and equipment optionsAssists in settling job site issues and/or concerns and general project oversightWorks with the Franchise Production Teams and the Commercial Loss Division to qualify and maintain National SubcontractorsSecures and review completed Job File Documentation from the Franchise Production Teams and assist Producing Franchise in collections as neededActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the Franchise and customer experienceProvides consulting services for CarriersAbility to travel to job sites for Occasional Site Inspections as necessary or at the request of the commercial loss directorCompletes and submits Expense Reports immediately after incurredTravels to Storm Sites as assigned by the Director to assist in securing projectsSkillsAbility to read, write, and communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional mannerMinimum 5 years' experience in property claim adjusting and/or restoration, reconstruction experience including commercial and large lossProficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Applications, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-OutlookExcellent oral and written communication skills.
