[Remote] Commercial Lines Account Manager

Summit Bridge Partners is a well-established independent insurance agency seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a growing book of small business clients. This client-facing role involves full account ownership and focuses on building relationships while providing high-quality customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts throughout the full policy lifecycleHandle renewals, remarketing efforts, endorsements, and policy changesPrepare proposals and assist with binding coverageIssue certificates of insurance (COIs), ID cards, and related policy documentationServe as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and virtual meetingsPartner with producers to support new business opportunitiesMaintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality customer serviceSkills5+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account ManagerAbility to independently manage a book of businessStrong understanding of commercial insurance products and workflowExcellent client-facing communication and relationship management skillsExperience using an Agency Management System (any platform)Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain shortly after hireBenefitsBenefits - 100% paid (for employee)Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with strong work-life balanceSupportive, collaborative team environmentCompany OverviewWelcome to SUMMIT BRIDGE PARTNERS!
